The Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Group (GPM-PR) is a group formed by the Chancellor with the task of conducting internal quality assurance and control at the Faculty level. GPM has the task of planning, implementing, controlling and developing the academic quality assurance system of faculties and study programs in line with the Unhas internal quality assurance system, and is responsible for quality improvement in a planned and sustainable manner. In carrying out its Tupoksinya, GPM-PR is also assisted by the Quality Assurance Unit at the Prodi / Professional level.

In carrying out its duties, GPM-PR has a function:

1. Formulation of academic quality and reputation policies in line with Unhas academic quality policies, in order to achieve the academic performance targets of the Faculty and study programs;
2. Formulation and development of academic quality standards in line with Unhas quality standards;
3. Planning and implementation of strategic programs to improve reputation and ranking at the Faculty level; 4.
4. Development and strengthening of cooperation with national and international ranking institutions through the coordination of the Unhas Reputation Improvement Center;
5. Implementation of academic and management quality standards in line with Unhas quality standards;
6. Formulation of academic quality and reputation manuals in line with the Unhas quality manual;
7. Development of an information system-based monitoring and evaluation system for academic quality and reputation;
8. Implementation of programs to improve reputation and rankings both nationally and internationally;
9. Implementation of monitoring and evaluation of academic quality assurance activities and reputation;
10. Submission of monitoring and evaluation reports along with recommendations in writing to the Dean;
11. Pelaksanaan analisis terhadap tindak lanjut pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi;
12. Providing recommendations for improvement to achieve faculty and study program goals; and 
13. Implementation of other duties assigned by the Dean.
