REPORT USER SATISFACTION SURVEY (STUDENTS, LECTURERS, STAFF EDUCATORS AND PARTNERS) FACULTY OF ENGINEERING 2023
Measuring student satisfaction with services and implementation of the education process includes aspects:
- Reliability: the ability of lecturers, education staff, and managers to provide services.
- Responsiveness: the willingness of lecturers, education staff, and managers to help students and provide services quickly.
- Assurance: the ability of lecturers, education personnel, and managers to provide confidence to students that the services provided are in accordance with the provisions.
- Empathy: the willingness/concern of lecturers, education staff, and managers to pay attention to students.
- Tangible: student assessment of the adequacy, accessibility, quality of facilities and infrastructure.
The questions asked to measure the level of student satisfaction are:
Tangibles Aspect
- How do you feel about the lecture hall being organized in a clean, neat and comfortable manner
- What do you think about the complete and adequate learning facilities available in each lecture room
- How do you feel about a clean, tidy and comfortable library
- What do you think about laboratory conditions that are relevant to the scientific needs of students
- What do you think about the availability of complete reference books in the library
Reliability Aspect
- What do you think about the clarity and suitability of the lecture material provided by the lecturer
- What do you think about the availability of time for discussion and questions and answers
- What do you think about the learning modules/materials provided to students to complement the lecture material
- What do you think about lecturers grading exams/assignments with objective scores
- What do you think about lecturers arriving on time
- What do you think about the competence of lecturers who are adequate in accordance with their fields of expertise
- What do you think about lecturers who make lecture program units
- What do you think about the ability of academic staff to serve student administration
- What do you think about the quality of academic staff services to fulfill student interests
Responsiveness Aspect
- What do you think about the University/Faculty/Study Program about providing counseling lecturers for students?
- What do you think about the University/Faculty/Study Program in providing scholarships for students who cannot afford them?
- What do you think about the University / Faculty / Study Program in helping students when facing academic problems?
- What do you think about the leadership of the University / Faculty / Study Program and its staff in providing time for parents of students to consult?
- What do you think about the University / Faculty / Study Program in providing medical assistance for sick students?
- How do you feel about the University / Faculty / Study Program about providing insurance assistance for students

- What do you think about academic administration staff being polite in providing services?
- What do you think about the existence of Academic Advisors (PA) and counseling guidance lecturers to overcome student problems/complaints?
- How do you feel about the effective use of time by lecturers in the teaching process?
- What do you think about sanctions for students who violate regulations that have been set by the University / Faculty / Study Program and apply to all students without exception?
