Quality Assurance Cycle Report ( PPEPP )
The implementation of quality assurance is carried out in stages with cycles, namely: a) Standard setting, b) Implementation of standards, c)Monitoring and evaluation by the implementing unit, d) Internal quality audit coordinated by the Internal Quality Assurance Agency, e) Systematic preparation of Corrective Action recommendations (Formulation of Correction) at each level in the Management Review Meeting forum, and f) Improvement of quality through the implementation of continuous improvement of M&E and AMI results complemented by benchmarking results, g) New standard setting (Figure 1).

Cycles that are carried out consistently and continuously will ultimately realize the concept of Kaizen (continuous improvement and improvement) as presented in Figure 2.

Monitoring the suitability of work implementation plans in each unit, including: implementation time, planning standards and SOPs, work targets, work results, coordination and synchronization of work with other units.

Evaluation of the results of work implementation, including conformity of work results with plans in each unit, problems encountered in completing work, potential development to increase the effectiveness of work implementation.

Monitoring of the implementation of quality assurance recommendations on the implementation of work, and operational steps to resolve problems encountered in the implementation of work, the impact of various steps taken to increase the effectiveness of work implementation, and increase the effectiveness of work implementation.
Strategic measures to improve the effectiveness of work execution;
- Operational steps for problem solving in work completion.
Output :
- Increased effectiveness of work implementation in each work unit;
- Improved work output both in quality and quantity;
- Improved quality of cooperation between units.
